We need a moderator for handling the unanswered threads in our forums because few of the questions are still marked as unanswered.I saw the same thread and author twice in a forums.

What exactly do you meant by "handling"? answering or closing threads?   For, Unanswered threads. We need to have moderator who is expert in specific Technologies for these threads. Sometimes these threads go unnoticed by experts / Developers. For example : In Asp.net forums some threads are answered by Microsoft.
