In answers I saw a lot of questions which are quite general. So maybe you could have some sort of mentoring program in which one person can mentor the person who requires help.

For as long as this mentoring program is publicly available then that should be fine. Otherwise it breaks the point of the community.

yes i think it should be public so others could learn from it. As i saw in the 'Answers' section some of the questions are complete assignments or mini projects. So may be there could be a section where they could find a mentor who could guide them.
