try this logic i am sure it's help you
I have create first a table as per your condition. because I don't have your DB
createtable TESTTBLE(ID int,name varchar(10))
insert into TESTTBLE(ID,name)
select 1,1
union all
select 2,2
union all
select 3,3
Now I will insert these data into temp table
declare @Children as table(ID int,name Varchar(10),Occurences int)
insert into @Children(ID,name,Occurences)
select id,name,id from TESTTBLE
;with C as
(
select ID,
name,
Occurences-1 as Occurences
from @Children
union all
select ID,
name,
Occurences-1 as Occurences
from C
where Occurences>0
)
select
ID,
name
from C order by id
and execute this code and out put will be show as you want.

Without seeing your table structure, we can't. Add some more details.
Here i'm assume you are querying the same table, In that case:
Select ID, ID as Name from your_table_name;
