We have to include the images also.

You can also use Spire.Doc library to convert word to pdf with image. Refer the following code example.

Before you work out your own pdf to word application, you can see this pdf to word conversion program which i found though google, and a short sample code of pdf to word in C# are offered, i finished my image conversion with the help of it, have a look just incase.
