Why login and logout does not work properly

I have seen this issue i.e

Showing as logged in if i sign in here

But if i click on Forums it is not showing me as Guest

The same case for log-out too if i make a successful log-in and open forums in a new tab and log-out from the main it logging me out but in the other tab i can see it remains still as log-in user

It is very easy to say to clear cookies but it does cause inconveniences to do that. It would really help to know specifically what site's cookies to remove. Then we can remove just that site's cookies.

An easy way to remove the cookie file in IE for a site is to go to "Tools | Internet options" and on the Privacy tab click Sites. Then add the site to the list and click on Ok. Then go back to the list and remove the site, to re-enable the site for cookies. The cookies for the site will then be gone.

Dharmendar if admin people who coded for this site clear all sessions means it will be good i think so. I think they coded for this but as per you said if each and every time i got this issues

you dont need to clear browser cookies every time.
Only when you got this type of issue then you need to clear.

just download and run ccleaner... this removes your pcs temp file, recycled & cookies.

Clear your browser cookies and then try.
If you login from csharpcorner home page then it shows you logged in on forums too.
