why do I use SQL Server Management Studio to update a row of a table in SQL Server 2005 but it's not row was update ?

A few days ago me to use SQL Server Management Studio to update a table in Microsoft SQL Server 2005. In Object Explorer, you right-click the name of the table, and then I click Open Table. I update a row of the table normal but now I do it again. I may receive one of the following error messages unexpectedly in the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio dialog box:

No row was updated

The data in row 61 was not committed

The statement has bên terminated

Correct the errors and retry or press ESC to cancel the change(s).

As per my understanding, you are update a larger string in less amount of memory. can you share the table starcture and data which is want to be update in table.

you inserted intially wrong data i guess better remove(truncate table) all data from table check once.

I have tested the data connection well, if I use the SQL statement to update the data normally
UPDATE table_name
SET column1 = value1, column2 = value2, ...
WHERE condition;
but if I correct it directly from the table, the above error message will appear.

Normally this kind of error happens when you're inserting a long value into the column that can't store it. make sure before updating any table, you first check your connection, connection should stablized.
if connection is good and thex next update the row and after updating row, you can publish the changes. by click on Update database
