Why can't add web reference?

Oh, sorry, I get it, you are trying to go to browse to the web service but the page isn't being served properly so you are getting the open/save/cancel dialog. Maybe try having a look in Google Groups, plenty of people would have had this problem before, I know I have, but I can't remember how I fixed it.
