Where is the Execute Permissions function in IIS7

I have windows 7. Where is the Execute Permissions function in IIS?
I cant found, i click the Handler Mappings Icon, but nothing.

My Handler Mappings in file. I need change Execute Permissions for my virtual catalog wincontrol.

Hi you was on the right way. If you are in handler mapping click on the handler you want to edit and click "edit feature permissions" on the right sidebar (or something like this, I have a german system here ;) ). There is a "Read", "Script" and "Execute" checkbox.
