I would suggest to start with any good book(s) of c# and go though the whole book with practicing the problems within and at the same time, go through the video tutorials.
When you say advacne programming, you can get to that level solving the hard problems for which, you may want to take a look at some of the good open source projects on Git and try solving the issues or if you have the idea, try creating one.
Doing that will make you utilzing the skills you gained through books and video tutorials.
Just a thought.
For video tutorials, channel9 has some good videos on c#.

Hello Nayeem , first of all i want to know whether do you have a basic knowledge in programming ie. Object oriented programming either C++ or Java etc. If you have a basic understanding of object oriented programming then you can learn on your own from various articles and blogs available online in C# Corner , where the author explains each and every concept in detail, i suggest you to learn from institute where they will explain you indepth subject, if you want to learn on your own then take a dotnet text book and learn from scratch. There are various blogs available online but as per my experience csharpcorner provides you standard articles/blogs where as a beginner you can understand the concept well. Any queries please feel free to ask.
