You want to study for educational purpose or career perspective. If later, then give it some objective like do a certification in .NET/Azure etc. Don't go in totally different tangent like AI / BigData if you are in .NET Enterprise Application Development. Knowing the fundamentals of such fields are ok.

Whats Next ?Its totally depend on you ,You want to focus on your career or You want to focus on study or degree.if you want to go for study you can try for MBA .Mba is good option .Or you can get some certifications from any IIT or any Good inst.

You can also think to try for Microsoft certifications

Depends on your taste. TIll now most people turn to MBA, but I would suggest to select a subject and go for research. e.g. Datascience, AI etc....
