what's wrong with me?

my sql sentence is: sql="Insert Into lt Values('"& tbox1.text &"','"& tbox2.text &"','"& dt.tostring &"','no')" i want to insert to lt four elements ,the fourth one is a string,but it ocurrs error,what's wrong with me ?
