What's the difference between dataset and dataview

1. What's the difference between dataset and dataview 2. Will dataview always remain updated? i.e. will it show always latest data?

DataSet is an in-memory representation of a database while a DataView represents a particular view of a DataTable in a dataset. You would use a DataView to presented a sorted view of a data table for example. I believe it will always remain updated.
