What technique can use for automatic sending SMS

Hi,

I have one project in asp.net where backend is sql server 2008. i need a method or process to send automatically sms to the user without any human itraction. Can any one suggest what technique can use.

Hi, tuman sahu I got your question for that you can call the method in which you wrote for sending the SMS. If any task or work is not assigned then it will give a notification so you can send that notification as an SMS using that method. I hope you getting my point and it will help you to solve your issue.

I have done all this process sending sms through my application. but my question is something different.

In my project one admin who have right to assign to some work to there sub ordinate. In any case he has left to assign any work in that case application will automatically send sms to admin i.e. one work in not assign by you like that.
