Hi Manish,

As others have already mentioned; in addition to that make sure you have good understanding of application architecture and patterns used in your projects which you have worked upon. Also, work on some inter-personal skills; if you wish to grow in technology leadership; as I would assume you do.

One more advice, there are whole lot of frameworks coming out these days like AnguarJS is a prominent one among many pf those. It's always hard to practice all of those and really decide which one is better over another. But if someone have good understanding of JavaScript; then all will be taken care of, because technically all such frameworks are JavaScript based only.

You should learn scripting language like- JavaScript, JQuery,AngularJS, Node JS etc.
and also aware with design pattern, MVC, WebAPI, RestfulAPI, WCF,
Tools and more focuses on IIS.
As well as Database.

Rahul said it correctly. Stay up to date with latest tools and versions in same ASP.NET MVC and you will be just fine.

You can go for
Javascript Framework like AngularJS, NodeJS or Knock Out.
Web API
Design Patterns
WCF
Build and Deployment tools like Jenkins
Unit Testing e.g.- NUnit
You can learn multi threading, Asynchronous programming.
