What should i focus?

Hello ,

I have 4.6 yr of exp in dot net.As per industry i start my carrier with developer.

Still date i am developer. plz guid me what improvment should i do as per years are going so i can maintain carrier flow.

As you are having 4.5 years exp in .net releveant experience you can apply for team lead and so on in terms of designation in various other companies . to maintain carrier flow try to learn new things in .net like mvc,azure ,.net core and so on that will add value to your cv and will help you to grow in terms of carrier and market demand . If you dont want to continue as a dveloper or tram lead or as senior sw developer and so on there are many certification in management like scrum certification,PMP and so on try to have a look in those which fits you perfect look for the role which suits you better . I agree. If you feel like you're not learning in your current company or you're not working on work that excites you, you should start looking around. There is nothing wrong with changing jobs if you feel like your growth has stopped. Find exciting and challenging work. Work with new technologies and tools. Keep yourself upgrading and keep learning. Be active in communities like C# Corner, eye on latest news and upcoming technologies.

Dear Sir,
I think here are the points you can consider.
1) Look for the other people around you, see what they are doing and how.
2) Make strategy and follow that.
3) Success is not a one day process, be consistent with your effort. It is thought process.
4) Be up to date with technology it will give you confidence.
5) Be an Initiator and take responsibility.
