i have one page for example to show an error!

when i use some URL from some websites, it has forbidden error!

how can i fix it?

yes you are right, but so why the complete link is true?!!! and the link is in this page: test it!! http://www.asandownload.com/software/entry/827/ please click on download URL shown in the picture, it's the true url and it starts with dl.asandownload.com!! so how can i use this link in my site?
