What is the difference between null and null!

Just telling compiler it won't be null so you dont see warning "Warning CS8625: Cannot convert null literal to non-nullable reference type. "

After c#8, you must be seeing a lot of 'possible null reference warnings'
Meaning now the compiler warns a lot if you assign null to a reference type or call a method from an instance.

The compiler doesn't know that after some line of code the programmer is going to assign some value or the instance will be created at run time using Dependency injection, so it throws a warning.

To overcome this in c#8 they launched the null forgiving operator (!).
This says the compiler to not check for null for this statement or in other words treat it as not null.
obj!.getAll();
public string? Company { get; set; } = null!;

I have nullable property in my entity. public string? Company { get; set; } = null!; So, why should I write here "null!" instead just "null" ? I want to know what's difference between null! and null
