what is the best choice

Hi All,

I am working in a small company about 50 head count.

my bond is completed in the company. in recent days company offered me team lead position.

when i join in the company i thought after 2 years i want to move to mnc,

what is the best choice to pick up.

1- stay in the company

2- try for mnc and move to mnc.

This doesn't matter whether you work either in small comp or an mnc but this matter to working culture in mnc and small comp is different.
They follow a good standard but in small this happened very less .
they follow a criteria for every designation but in small comp it is not necessary.

Working MNC/Product based companies is not important.Where you can get good pay choose that. May be other company also will TL who knows.Ultimately Money matters!!

Vasu working with a small company is not bad, if your company working stander is nice. I mean your company following latest technology with standard development process & they having global clients. Then as per my understanding nothing is bad. Even in small company people getting more & good chance to learn. Because in small company team size is commonly being small & more work.

And if you are not getting these type of opportunity then this is not good for your career point of view. Then you should try for a good MNC where you will get those things. Also one important thing is that in a good MNC people getting more global opportunity. In many case when we are working in a small company then we are thinking that all is well but when we are coming out with a good company then we are realizing that my previous was a well where as new one in OCEAN.

Your current company offering you LEAD position then definitely you having some good quality with hard working. So I think more better opportunities are waiting for you in market.

Hi,

If you want to study more technologies then you prefer middle level companies. Now your current company have working in latest technologies then you continue with them.Otherwise my point of view you can change other one.Study latest technologies before leaving this office..
