What is PDB File in C# ?

Hi all Iam new to C#. I have started one simple example saying to print "hello word". While compiling, iam getting 2 outputs. 1) iam getting Exe File 2) Other is iam getting PDB file.What is this PDB file ? Help me out to proceed C# further Thanks in advance Sridharan.M
