What is Microsoft Certification Exam ?

of course it's very use full for you. if you have no exp then must be before given exm.
Microsoft provide lot of certification like web development, windows, wcf and so on. Before choose any exm think about what is your knowledge and which topic.

it is a paid exam and if you pass, you will get certified. There is a long range of different MS certifications.

When it comes to usefulness of these certifications, I am not fan of them for one simple reason - you can easily find the answers online, so being certified doesn't necessarilly mean you are a PRO.
