What does mean by Cannot insert duplicate key row in object

There are two things that I tried to clear this up, and I think the first one actually fixed the problem.

 

I cleared the SharePoint Cache following the instructions at this link (works for 2010 as well) -->http://blogs.msdn.com/b/josrod/archive/2007/12/12/clear-the-sharepoint-configuration-cache-for-timer-job-and-psconfig-errors.aspx

 

Also installed the February 2011 CU. I am no longer seeing these errors.
