What does Incomplete status means

Just put it this way. When you see an "incomplete" status, that means your article is still under review and polishing.

No need to resubmit. This is the process followed by the editorial staff.

Incomplete mean you are not submitted your article till now.It just saved in your article section in "My Account" Page.If you want to submit your article.just go to My Account page and edit your article then submit...
