What are the major Contraints while developing large scale

I want to get it know i am going to have a very large scale application in which there are multiple roles and many modules , and it is for multi culture as well , I am going to build the web based and android native app for it, what would be the best technology for web MVC or .NET core , what are the security contraints in need to have attention on, what whould be the structure of my application like for mobile i do not need to rework much .

also tell me it is good to use angular for it but i an thinking that google is releasing new version after every three - four months so if i use angular 5/6 and after 6 month a new version of angular comes in that what happend ?

List all contraints and which architecture i need to use it is large scale Saas baed application .

Hi Mark, angularjs is version 1. So,its not good in performance its good idea to use angular 4 or angular 5 or above just because of security and performance. As angularjs is going to dead. As angular 5 is components based so every thing will be seperated like views code, css files.

hi kashif Asif what about anuglarjs if i use it for a large scale web app and having android app as well ,then what limitations are there i have very sensitive data in my application and financial transactions as well.

first of all you should analyze your application. so which architecture should our implement. i think the best archeture for application wih multiple device as your your talking about android devices also i think best aproach is to use 3 layer architecture for your application. as your create mutliple project like web app and restful api in one solution. and best choice is to use asp.net core as its getting better performance and platform independancy and for authuntication and roles etc the best choice is to use OWIN (ASP.NET Identiy). and dont worry about angular 5/6 etc your almost are version are same except version 1. so can easily upgrade your application easily.
