what are the file needed to hosting

Dear Experts,

I published my web application on server its working fine

but

after that i I recently done some chages in that web application

here i need to update my web application at server,

so what are the files need to update

or else

need to do re publish?

how to resolve ? i'm New to this topic

extra only on field added at on page level

what is the error from server ?

any chnages at webconfig file ?

Locally its working fine

but after uploaded in server it not accessble

no added file , no dlls added

only i added one field at controller level

But I tried like that what you said to mvc project ( replaced the bin folder )

After replace the bin folder i am unable to access that application

you need only file which you have publish your project

MVC Project
First time required to publish all the complied files .
If you done any chnages with Views ,Css, JSS files then you need to push thoose files .
in case you done some chnages at controller then push bin folder(specificaly you take yourprojectname.dll) better to replace the bin folder

WEB API

First time required to publish all the complied files .
if you done any chnages on controlers in the sense hen push bin folder(specificaly you take yourprojectname.dll) better to replace the bin folder.

Angular
publish the dist folder or complied code to server.
