First you should have mentioned what kinda gaps are you facing. Second you should know what kinda of database SQL Server is. It's RDBMS so ask yourself do you know RDBMS concepts very well. If yes, There's not much difference between SqlServer and Orace or Postgre or any RDBMS database. Once you know the concept, then you just need to learn "How it exists in SQL Server?"
