Weird Issue in Excel When Saved as ==> Csv

Hi All,

I have an excel file which contains some data when I save that file to CSV then some weird ? marks appear before & end of the text. Will any 1 please tell me how can I resolve that issue.

Hi...

I finally downloaded your file.

The difference is -

If the extension of the file is .xlsx (excel), then the grid lines of rows and columns are visible.
Each cell can be distinguided.

If the file is csv file, then the grid lines are not visible.
The background colour is white.
