If your really interested in frontend development , it's good you can learn angular or react or even blazor.

If your interested in backend development, it's good you can learn Asp.net MVC, SQL, entity framework,asp .net web api

It would be an added advantage of you learn azure with basic stuffs like app services, application insights, keyvault, cosmos db

React/Angular (Front end) + ASP.NET Core Web API (backend) + EF Core / (dapper with SQL Server)  + Azure (PAAS)

Second suggestion:-

Blazor Server+ ASP.NET Core Web API (backend)

third suggestion :-

ASP.NET Core MVC + EF Core / (dapper with SQL Server)  + Azure (PAAS)

Note:- for interview purposes suggestion 1 and 3 are need , for a .NET developer ASP.NET MVC is compulsory to learn, so start with the third suggestion, get a job then move to first suggestion for safer side.

Now a days all company hire Full Stack Developers, So ill suggest 

- for front end : Angular/React 

- For backend : .Net Core 

- Cloud: Azure 

I would recommend a JavaScript framework (Angular/React) for front-end development and Microsoft ASP.NET Core with Azure to start with.
