Can I able to access the methods which are not specified as Data Contract?

Hi , The DataContract attribute defines the types that will be moved between the parties.
I think you are talking about OperationContract. OperationContract attribute marks the operations that will be exposed.

I think without OperationContract attribute we can't expose the method.
