Hi..

I have joined new company on 1st April 2017 as a senior person but the work is not good as I am expecting. I want to to switch the job but how it is convenient to change so early.

I totally agree with your points mentioned. Frankly I dont have another good opportunity in my hand right now. I need to search it first then have to take decision.

Another thing is that now we have only one SharePoint project available. I will discuss this things with the respective people and then will take decision.

In fact, Switching job is an embarrassing decision and you the only one who can help himself based on your current situation.

So before taking this decision, I advise you to do the following:
You should have another good opportunity that is better that the current.
You should define why the current work is not good as you was expected?
You should benefit from the current situation and know what you have done wrong to don't fall again to this situation in the future.
If you able to change and enhance the current situation just do it.
In my opinion, if you don't have another good opportunity try to adapt to the current situation and learn from it and enhance it,

My dear, Not all work as you expect. so try to make this situation as a positive point to learn how you can adapt in any condition.

Let you know your uncomfortable issue to your current organization and ask them to change you in different project or something else..
