Readers,i want to know how difficult it will be to shift from web to windows development.Due to some reasons i am being asked to work on windows application,i have 1 yrs exp in asp.net.I don`t know anything about windows development.
From career point of view is it a bad idea?

Thanks for taking the time in studying my case. As it is the begining of my career which started with asp.net web development. For some reasons i am being told to work on windows application. Its a complex situation for me to decide as i cant quit my job immediately. So i need some advice please
