Also try closing your Visual Studio and run it again.

This happens to me in VS2010 if I have too many applications running and the virtual memory runs low. Try closing some apps or find other ways to free up or expand the available memory.

HI,
go to vs 2008 Command prompt...and run these commnds

devenv /ResetSettings
devenv /ResetSkipPkgs
devenv /ResetAddin
