Verify Documents (Eg-Pan Card, Adhar Card)

Dear All..

I have been assigned a very out-of-blue task.

Question - These days, each person has Adhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, etc and other such documents.

Develop a webpage such that - A person enters his/her PAN Card Number in the webform, and clicks on "Submit" button.
On Submitting the PAN Card Number, the system must fetch the details of that particular person.

Other documents are also allowed - Driving License, PAN Card Number.

I need to develop this page in ASP.NET C#.

Please guide...
