UWP QR code scanning

You will need to use a programming SDK that supports both: loading images and reading QR barcodes features.
For these purposes, you could try using LEADTOOLS .NET UWP features to support reading QR codes from images in your application.

For example, the following lines of code load an image, try reading the QR barcodes and then reports the recognition results:

private void _aboutToolStripMenuItem_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
