User Design crystal report in c#

Hello Friends,

I m using VS 2005 and working on crystal report.. now i want that user may design crystal report and drag the field according to user requirement.. is this possible in .NET in 2.0.. or should i involve any third party or any tool.. because its my urgent requirement.. please give me fair idea for it ASAP...

thanks for the reply tom.. but i m using MySQL in back-end and Windows Application is front end.. that i know its not possible through programing so if there is any tool in market then give me the list ... thanks in advance
