User Authentication

I have made a simple login page for a project which has atmost 10 pages !
i want user management plan for it, but i am unable to understand that how i could manage it.
for example when the admin logged in, everything , each and every page must be visible to admin.
whereas when user-1 logged in only 3 to 4 pages must be accessible to user-1 and similiar for multiple users !
help required ?
