update status if any row changes in table

sir the status 0 means inserted rows

then i have to update any one row through my application

so whenever if any date will be changed to old date to new date

immediatly the status of all rows need to change to 1

UPDATE tablename SET Status= '1' WHERE Date= '2019-03-01'

try it this in your sql server
