Take back up and restore the database . Make sure that you have the proper back up .

As Bikesh said, you can do like that. Either take a back up of database(it generates *.bak)and restore in new server. Or you can attach the *.mdf and *.ldf file in new server.

However, your issue is related to memory. So try have memory before you restore.

I have already done for our client .

take backup and restore on other server.

or copy mdf and ldf file and attach in other server.
