Unable to access SQL database in SQL sever management

Don't worry.

If you can see the database in the Object Explorer then you can right click on the desired database ->Properties->Files in the Database Files grid go to Path column.

It is where your DB resides.

My database is avalaible in SSMS browser but i am unable to find it in my machine. Please guide for the same.

I tried to search it with the same name which is showing in SSMS in Database tree, but when i search it doesn't show any convenient result.

Simplest way is stop the SQL service copy the database. Re-install the sql server.
