I downloaded your code and ran it but it's throwing an exception. Could you please check that the specified page has been created on twitter. I have attached a screenshot of error for your reference.

you can use Twitter API or TweetSharp or any other API. It totally depends upon you.

 But I am not sure how do you want to achieve this, are you using ASP.NET Web Form or ASP.NET MVC or some other technology and do you want to do this using client side scripting (JavaScript, Jquery, Angular...) or using C# or VB.NET?

Please provide some more info so that community can answer your query easily.
