ToolStripButton flickering problem

Hi,
I added ToolStripButtons to a ToolStrip in runtime.
There are 2 problems:
1. When the mouse hovers over a button, it constantly flickers.
2. It takes 2 or 3 clicks to invoke click event.
Any ideas what is causing this?
