to enable CORS Policy

Good Evening,

As i am receiving the following error message in the console during debug,i am not able to fetch the desired output....please do help and oblige!!

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://localhost:14001/api/ClaimIntimation/GetRemarViewk/CLIN/2020/7' from origin 'http://localhost:4200' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

If it's only for development purpose, you can add a chrome extension & integrate an API

open your web api project.
in the menu bar , go to tools--->Nuget Package manager --->Package manager console and copy paste below code and hit enter
Install-Package Microsoft.AspNet.WebApi.Cors
then modify your webconfig.cs's Register Method as

  {
    public static class WebApiConfig
    {
        public static void Register(HttpConfiguration config)
        {


            config.MapHttpAttributeRoutes();
            config.EnableCors(); // notice here
            config.Routes.MapHttpRoute(
                name: "DefaultApi",

                defaults: new { id = RouteParameter.Optional }
            );
        }
