To access folder attributes using windows service in C#

I am new to the windows service. I have to insert the folder size, name and last modified date into SQL DB.
Does anyone know how I can do this.
Even URLs related to this will be great.

use System.IO.Directory class, you have all the methods to create / read / manage directories. It will give you all the attributes you are looking for.
