Thrown an Exception

if you are able to take of activity handling then most of task is done by you.. if know the activity ocrred and then during occurance of acitivity queue or log you can check the current time and throw exception.

as i said the main task here to identify that activity is occured, if that is done by you then you can always use current date time object and throw exception.

if first part is not done then in that case you writre ping service which will ping every customize time and check any activity occured and based on that you can do your logic.

i dont think that i am giving complete answer here but you can give some more details of your requirement what you have tried and what data you have and what you want to achive with your data.

If you are using MVC application then you can create Actionfilter for achieve this task.
