Hi Sir/madam

am using multi threading concepts of c#.Here i have necessity to give sleeping time for one particular thread.is it possible ??

Read the articles about multithreading and synchronization. The thing you want is events. Your main thread can create an event that is pased to the thread. When the main thread wants the other thread to wait, it can set the event. Look for articles inj this web site for details.
