when i add web reference to project, it adds successfully. but When i am trying to update web reference it gives me error
The custom tool 'MSDiscoCodeGenerator' failed
i tried some solutions, but didnt work 
is there any way to solve this error ??
What I have tried:
1.Installed Power Toys for .NET Compact Framework 3.5
2.Reinstalled Compact Framework 3.5 (uninstall, reboot, install)
3.Installed SQL Server Compact 3.5
4.Reinstall vs 2008
5.From the command line execute the following command:
devenv /resetskippkgs
is there any way to solve this error ??
