textbox mode to datetime not working

Hi,

textbox mode to datetime not working, if used it to fetch record date from, sqldb rest of data is fetching properly but not date in textbox(mode->>DateTime).

Plz help...any other option or how to set textbox properties so that it fetches date from DB
