system io file not found exception

Image image_v = Image.FromFile(@"E:\JHBNewAPI\JIOMeet\VidyoClientAPI_Sample_DotNet_3_3_4_0004\images\Video.png");

Place it in Debug or Release Loaction and Get Like this

Image image_v = Image.FromFile(App.Startuppath+"\\Video.png");

This error generally occured when particular file wasn't found on specific path. Check that those files exists using File.Exists(filepath);

String path = server.mapath("images") + "\\" + filename

Image.FromFile(path);
