What is the gap range/number of years in a company while switching between the companies for below 10 years experience?

Hi,
It pure depend upon reason and self satisfaction, it may differ person to person. If you are enjoying your work and happy with you jab. You should contiue.
if you are growing technically as well as finacially then you should be fine. It means slef satisfaction in job.
Ideally as employee its not good to change job frequently due to minor reason.
