Hello folks,

is this swagger version will support to Asp.net core 3.1 version ?

I think it's won't support.

I see the ticket is still open regarding this issue in github.

Alternativley you can use other version of swagger to accomodate it.

Hi,
Try this:
Same piece of code is showing error for 12.3.1 but not in 13.11.1 (latest).
// This method gets called by the runtime. Use this method to add services to the container.
public void ConfigureServices(IServiceCollection services)
{
services.AddSwaggerDocument();
..
// This method gets called by the runtime. Use this method to configure the HTTP request pipeline.
public void Configure(IApplicationBuilder app, IWebHostEnvironment env)
{
// Register the Swagger generator and the Swagger UI middlewares
app.UseOpenApi();
app.UseSwaggerUi3();
It worked for me in .NET Core 3.1 for 13.11.1. Feel free to upgrade if you can.
Then, I tried for the version 12.3.1 it is throwing error
Fetch error
undefined /swagger/v1/swagger.json

I am having that package version which i cant chang it now just want to know this 12.3.1 version will support to Asp.net core 3.1 or not .

Use this,

In Startup.cs inside Configure method add these

// This method gets called by the runtime. Use this method to configure the HTTP request pipeline.
public void Configure(IApplicationBuilder app, IWebHostEnvironment env)
{
// Enable middleware to serve generated Swagger as a JSON endpoint.
app.UseSwagger();
app.UseSwaggerUI(c =>
{
c.SwaggerEndpoint("/swagger/v1/swagger.json", "My API V1");
});
