I have a to ask if any body can help me out in creating tables for support ticketing system. Guide me in creating user table and user roles table. what kind of fields will be their in these tables. so that it will be easy for me to create relationship...

You creating a web or windows
if you create a web system you can use asp.net authentication system database
its easy to use and secure in asp.net
